Hosting a retreat can be a lot of fun! But trying to find a location that isn’t an expensive hotel with uncomfortable chairs or a library that wants you out at the end of every day can be tricky. And who has room in their own home for 32 of your besties to spread out and craft?

Here is your solution – host your event at the Cozy Craft Room! We still have weekend spots available in 2026 for up to 32 of your own guests. For private retreats with 20-32 rented workstations, you pay for just the workstations you actually use but you get the entire store to yourself. For fewer than 20 participants, you still pay just for the workstations that you use and we can set aside space in quads of 4 workstations for your group during our regular open hours.

What constitutes a workstation? TWO 64″ tables, two lights, a shared power station with one of other crafter, cup holders, trash cans, a comfy office chair and access to unlimited coffee, hot and cold filtered water, and the good ice from Sonic. We are also BYOB so you can provide your own adult beverages.

Fridays 9-9, Saturdays 9-9, and Sundays 9-6. That’s 33 hours of creative time – think of all you can do in that amount of time.

If you are a demonstrator for a crafting company, you can set up your own little store so your customers can pre-order for delivery during your event, or purchase from your inventory at the event. What a great way to showcase new products from a new catalog with cute and simple make-and-takes.

We have hosted wine tastings, dinner parties, birthday parties, holiday meals/parties, game nights, private craft classes, sip and paint events, scrapbooking and cardmaking crops, sew-a-thons, and open sew weekends.

Set up your stuff and stay set up all weekend, then come and go as you please during open hours. It doesn’t get any better than this! The location tab on the website shows nearby restaurants and hotels if you make it a real “get away” weekend!
